Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains what cookies KlassPal uses and why. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences (such as staying logged in) so you don't have to re-enter them each time. KlassPal keeps its use of cookies deliberately minimal — we use them to make the platform work and keep it secure, not to track you across the web.
2. Cookies We Use
| Type | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Essential — sign-in & session | Keep you securely signed in and maintain your session while you use the platform. Without these, you cannot log in or book. |
| Functional — preferences | Remember interface choices, such as whether a menu is expanded, to give you a consistent experience. |
These first-party cookies are strictly necessary for KlassPal to function and are set by KlassPal directly. Some additional cookies may be set by third-party providers when certain features load — see section 3.
3. Third-Party Cookies From Services We Use
Some features rely on trusted third parties who may set their own cookies when that feature is used. We do not control these cookies; they are governed by each provider's own policy:
- Stripe — our payment processor. Stripe may set cookies during checkout to process your payment securely and help prevent fraud.
- Google Maps & Calendar — used to show session locations and to sync instructor availability. Google may set cookies when these features load.
4. What We Do Not Use
KlassPal does not use advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics or ad-tracking that follows you across other websites. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Managing Cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and set your browser to block them. Please note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in or completing a booking, as the platform relies on them to work.
6. Changes & Contact
