Security Policy

KlassPal is committed to protecting the personal and financial data of all users. We implement industry-standard security measures and conduct regular security reviews of our platform.

All payments are processed by an industry-certified payment processor. KlassPal never stores card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment details on our servers. All payment data is encrypted in transit. Funds are held securely and only released after the 24-hour post-session review window.

KlassPal implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures including encrypted storage for sensitive documents, time-limited access links for private files, and protection against unauthorised access across the platform. All platform communications use HTTPS encryption.

Use a strong unique password for your KlassPal account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. KlassPal staff will never ask for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account contact support@klasspal.com immediately.

If you discover a security vulnerability please report it responsibly to privacy@klasspal.com. Do not exploit or share the vulnerability publicly before we have had the opportunity to address it.

In the event of a data breach KlassPal will notify affected users and the UAE Data Office as required under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.

KlassPal cooperates fully with UAE law enforcement and regulatory authorities. All relevant platform data will be provided upon lawful request.
