Refund Policy

1. How Your Payment Works
When you book a session on KlassPal your payment is processed securely at checkout. Funds are held until 24 hours after your session completes. You have 24 hours to rate your experience or raise a concern. If no concern is raised funds are released to your instructor automatically.
2. Cancellation Refunds

Venue and equipment charges are included in the refund calculation. Cancel 12 hours or more before your session and they are refunded in full along with the coaching fee; cancel within 12 hours and they are refunded at 50%, together with the rest of your payment.
3. Package Bookings
Packages are a set of sessions bought together at a discounted rate.
If you cancel a package early, we refund the value of your unused sessions, less a 10% processing fee. Any sessions you have already completed are charged at the instructor's standard single-session rate (not the discounted package rate) and are non-refundable.
If a package expires with sessions still unused, the value of those unused sessions is added to your KlassPal account as credit — at full value, with no fee. Account credit is valid for 12 months and renews each time you use it; we'll remind you before it expires, and you can request a one-time one-month extension.
If your instructor is unable to continue your package, we'll arrange an alternative instructor or, if you prefer, a full refund of the unused value with no fee.
4. Raising a Concern
If your session did not take place as expected raise a concern within 24 hours of the session end time via the booking details page. KlassPal will review and aim to resolve within 24 hours. Funds are held until the concern is resolved. Valid reasons include instructor no-show, session significantly different from description, safety concern, or payment issue.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days depending on your bank or card provider. If you paid using a "Buy Now, Pay Later" provider (such as Tabby or Tamara), your refund is processed through that provider, and the timing and any adjustment to your instalments are subject to that provider's terms.
